Here’s why it’s a mixed review
Incredible service from staff, with every detail attended to and unique dining experiences at the onsite restaurants. The free airport shuttle made it hassle-free to get around.
Despite the excellent service, the technology in the room was outdated, lacking USB ports and modern speakers. This was surprising for a hotel of this caliber.

Had an amazing stay with friends! The location is prime, with shopping plazas just a short walk away and great restaurants around. The hotel facilities, including a 24-hour gym and warm pool, were a hit. Special thanks to the lovely staff who were always welcoming. Would definitely recommend it for group getaways!
However, the room showed some signs of age, which could use a refresh.

Excellent location and friendly staff
I had a wonderful stay with my family! The hotel is perfectly located close to the airport, which made our trip easy and convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable environment. Special thanks to the staff for being so welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. However, I wish there were more modern tech amenities available in the room, like USB charging ports.
